Ever since I started bulking I have been feeling pretty **** and Im sure its to do with my diet.

Im constantly bloated, especially in the evenings, I feel like I have to **** ALL the time and go 2x a day sometime (used to go maybe once every 2/3days) I have what feels like heart burn almost every day especailly after 3/4pm and I just dont feel well generally.

Physically Im looking much better/bigger and alot stronger and my appitite has definatly grown but I just dont know if I can put up with feeling sick all the time.

My guess is its due to all the milk I drink( maybe 1.5L a day) other then that I think my diets fairly healthy...but if I lower my milk drinking Its a HUGE struggle to get my prot/cal requirments as I dont eat fish or have cooking facilities

any suggestions? Im going to try and drink less milk next week and see how I feel.

You might be lactose intolerant. Try lactaid milk or non-dairy milk (i.e., soy, rice, etc.). Or try goat milk, if it is available in your area. People are generally not as sensitive to this as to cow's milk. Or try yogurt - -you can mix in some fruit and nuts.

Your body is telling you something so you need to listen!

I only see peanut butter, toast/bread and milk. If I ate that all day I would feel sick too.
Try to include some salad, fruit and vegetables during the day. One of the meals could be a turkey sandwich and some fruit.

Why are you drinking so much milk? Do you have any pics and what are your goals?
