Does anybody know about this type of training? Is it legit? Is it too good to be true or is it the real deal, because it has some really unconventional approaches.

here's a link about it

This type of training rears its head every 15 years of so. Remember Charles Atlas' "dynamic tension"? Then "isometric" workouts?

It IS too good to be true. Look at it this way, if it was the best way to build muscle, then every bodybuilder would be using it, since it's been around for a LONG time.
