Quick question.

When using the resistance band'tubes at home can I use the one with the handles around my ankles for leg curls and extensions (willt he handle harm my ankles) or can I onyl perform leg curls and extension using the tubes with the ankles straps?

I don't see any potential harm being done. Except that the handles might irratate your skin/ankles. If your trying to save money, then just wear socks on that particular foot when performing the exercise, or spend the extra money to get the ankle attachment.

Even better...spend the extra money to get ankle/hand weights so that you can vary the weights+reps that you perform. That way you can add a little variety to your workout (I'm supposing that you only use resistance bands to exercise?). Hope that helps you out.
