Alright so for Spring Break 08 me and a bunch of friends are going down to Dominican Republic/ Cancun haven't decided yet for our vacation. Now from now until then is approximately 10 months. I've set a goal to be around <9% body fat by then. Do you guys think w/ the proper diet, training and routine this will be plausible or am i shooting for something out of my reach? As you can see in my bodyspace i've already lost around 45 lbs, and i think i'm around 23-25% body fat that's my guesstimate. Reps for comments!

Nice goal man. Do it up. Be relentless in the gym. 10 months = 40 weeks = You 9% = hotties drooling over you in DR.

Also, if your not already, start lifting a bit, speeds your metabolism and when you build up muscle mass and have the same fat your bf% goes lower automatically:)

That's a pretty ambitious goal - - I'd say it is totally possible.

Make sure you don't go extreme and start slashing fuel sources too drastically. You'll need muscle to look good. I would suggest KETO but to each his own.

You might also want to think about taking a month here and putting on some muscle and/or taking a little break from your fat loss adventure - - give your body a calm before the storm :)

Absolutly possible, you could do it in 5 or less.

ya that is possible if you stick to a strick diet and cardio you can do it in less then 10 months i would think good luck

Absolutely possible.

Eat right, work hard, and get more exercise on SB if you know what I mean...

Take a look at keto and see if it is something you might be interested in. I am doing it now and having great success keeping lean body mass while losing fat.
