I'm in the process of forming a bulking diet and have read through various bulking guides, but never saw hours posted along-side the meals. I personally love cottage cheese and will be mixing it with a tbsp of PB. I want to know if I should plan for that meal to be an hour or so, 30 minutes prior to, or immediately before sleep.

aim for 20-30 minutes before u hit the sack.. thats the ideal time.. it really doesnt matter as long as u fit it in before bed its all good

just take it down and enjoy frank! PB AND CC is the way to go

60 minutes before all the way right before I go to sleep. In the long run it won't make all the much of a difference.

Thanks a lot guys. As I was creating the topic I was sitting here thinking "Does 30 minutes or so really make a difference?" Thanks for all of the quick responses; I guess I'll do just that, about 20-30 minutes or so.

Exactly, just get your food in and be consistent. In the long run 20 minutes will not matter, no reason to stress it.

Does matter if you have insulin in your blood stream at that 190min mark while sleeping, but who cares right? Nobody probably doesn't even know what I'm talking about.
