Heres my story.
Ive been goofing around with wieghts for about a year. A while ago i got up to 140 but i believe most of which was fat, and then i started to get lazy so i quit. So now im shrinked down to a mere 128 lbs and 5'10" soaking wet.
So now i decided to get serious. Im going to follow HST training and i made a website tracking all the basic aspects of gaining wieght. A training log, diet plan, monthly pics, etc. My site is still under construction but all i want you guys to do is give me some constructive criticism on my diet.

mmm doesnt look enough food to reach that many calories i eat twice that and its 3900

make sure ur adding it up right

720 calories for 1 cup of rice and 1/2 cup of tuna im not so sure man

2 cups oatmeal
2 cups 2% milk
2 large eggs

1 MRP Bar
Subtotal Protein 15 Carbs 30 Fats 7 Calories 220

Meal 3
School Lunch(NF estimated)
1 cup milk
Subtotal Protein 33 Carbs 61 Fats 18 Calories 511

Meal 4

Subtotal Protein 15 Carbs 30 Fats 7 Calories 220

Meal 5
Post Workout Shake w/ one cup grinded oatmeal

Oh yeah its 1 cup uncooked brown rice which comes out to about 3 cups cooked

i got this uncle bens wholegrain rice ya

500g on the packet but i measure 75g uncooked but on the side it says 100g but it doesnt say if its cooked or uncooked

hmmm =(

Well, I would say your fat intake is too high... You could easily fix this by switching to skim milk instead of 2% and just eating the egg whites instead of the whole egg. Also your Protein intake could be a little higher ( I would shoot for 200 plus, especially on heavy workout days). Also would cut the carb intake down a little and make up those calories in protein instead.

You want to shoot for 40-40-20.. meaning 40% of your calories from protein 40% from carbs and 20% from fat.

128g of carbs would be one ****load fof rice, and if you are eating that i hope you have a very fast metabolism.
