Are you doing any lifting or cardio, or is this strictly a diet plan while you are between gyms?

jklv

nope this is just figuring out of the diet
The lifting and cardio program i already have it ;)

Hey jklv, great job on the diet. It looks like you'll be burning that fat off in due time. Is there a reason you are eating carbs right before you go to sleep (such as that being your afterworkout meal)?

Anyways, good luck. I'm definitely subscribed and can't wait to see your progress. Make sure to update with your gym routine.

Actually im not hitting the gym right now, but i will maybe in 1 week or 2.
And yes the carbs at night are because of the late training. (in the future)
Thanks for the support ;)

yeah..Ive always wondered about an high protein diet, most confuse keto/atkins for high protein when in fact its high fat. But how does a high protein diet for you? I mean, doesn't muscle tissue break down if the body gets used to protein and start losing muscle instead of fat?

I'm working on a 3 day split
Push,legs,pull

ok yesterday the workout was:
Bench press: 12,10,8
Incline barbell press: 12,10,8
Bench dumbell flys:12,10,8
French press: 12,10,8
Shoulder press:12,10,8
--->PecDec flies
--->Dumbell shrug
--->Pushups
Last 3 were triseries of 12,10,8. Push ups "until failure" series.
Rest time were 1 minutes between series, 3 minutes between excersises and 90 seconds between triseries.
Nutrition was as planned but one meal was taken a half hour later :S

Crunches were 50, 50, 50, failure.
Nutrition was ok ;)
My pecs and triceps are still very sore x3 damm french press.
I feel more sorenes in my right tricep than the left. Too good I chose this 3 day split program, tomorrow only lowerbody :D.

Third meal eaten 2 hours ago! I'm heading to the gym as soon as I post this. The outine is expected to last about 45 min.
The following will be done. I gotta feel sorry for quitting the gym some time ago and feel the pain and soreness of starting over again, it makes me feel proud of myself, like when I played football, where scars, injurys, blood over arms, legs, face are the most precious medals and condecorations a player can get.

Well I'll post the excersises after coming back from the gym =D

Edit: I'm making a change in the meals, the 4th meal (right after workout) will be added carbohydrates wich will be substracted from the last meal.
I have a whole bottle of creatine "cell mass" but I think I will use it about after the 2 weeks of woring out.
Or should I use it right now? Suggestions? I'm also going to buy some multivitaminic pills. Megaman I think, and Leviathan is an option I'm considering to buy. What you say people???

Work out finnished!!
Daam those nasty lunges really hurt! :S
But as they say "pain is weakness leaving the body".
The workout was:
Squat: 12, 10, 8
Deadlift: 12, 10, 8
Lunges: 12, 10, 8
Leg press: 12, 10, 8
--->Leg extention: 12, 10, 8
--->Leg curl (Lying): 12,10,8
--->Calf rise: 12, 10, 8

As I said lunges killed my legs completly, those nasty lunges, harmstrings are gonna hurt tomorrow :S.
I'm going to take a creatine portion at this time. See ya all

To do:
-Get weight and BF%

jklv
08-29-2007, 04:12 PM
Just had the 4th meal :D! And creatine 10min before
Chicken breast and carrots, the assorted veggis are non left :S tonight dad will bring some.
So any suggestion about creatine?

5th meal eaten ;)
I read \the instruction on cell mass and it directs to take 2 portions.
1 postworkout and one 5 hours later. Meaning at 8 and my stomach will be empty!!! =D than at nine the last meal ;)
Still have not checked weight and BF%.
Maybe tomorrow.
Now I only need my back and abdomen to feel sore so I can achieve the complete soreness ;)
Well I'm leaving to make chemistry homework. See ya all

jklv
08-29-2007, 08:10 PM
I'm feeling really sleepy :S I will take the 6th meal before projected time.
