I am trying to find some info on building extreme power without putting on too much mass. What are some exercise techniques that build alot of phyical power and endurance stength. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

High reps of bodyweight exercises like push ups and pull ups...

Basically muscle endurance will come from higher reps... anything more than 15 per set is usually considered to contribute to endurance rather than mass.
