I like to eat a tablespoon of mango chutney with my brown rice + vegetables. The one I have has no nutritional facts though. I went online and I found a recipe for "Mango Chutney" I am guessing it has to be pretty similar, not sure though. Anyways here is the list of the ingrediets and nutritional facts, I think it's ok to eat it, what do you guys think?

3 barely ripe mangoes
2 tablespoons corn oil
1 piece ginger root, peeled and chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon hot chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon fenugreek
1 1/4 cups malt vinegar
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar

ehhh depending on your goals id say
cutting - forget it
bulking - shure!

its definitely 'OK' to eat but condiments add up fast (the carbs) on a cuttting cycle.
