View Full Version : A question bout pasteurized, homogenized milk.

I've read this article here http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kosloff5.htm and basically what it is saying is that raw, natural milk is good (not talking about quantity...) and that pasteurized milk you buy in your supermarket isn't. Even the calcium that they brag about isn't useful.

So what's up? I'm just a newbie, trying to loose some weight. My calorie intake should be ~2700 and I'm cutting just a bit and trying some exercices very soon to burn some of the fat. (not aiming at the muscle gain)

Obviously milk should be good because of the proteins but should I drink 'supermarket' milk? Eat 'diet' cereals + milk? (Gotta go deep down into the cereal topic, because I love that stuff and it seems like it's more harmful than good for me).

Thank you

Check these guys out to see if you have a source of raw milk local to you. I highly recommend raw milk over the supermarket milk.
