I'm going to start my bulking cycle on Oct 4th. I will also start Max-OT style training. I'm trying to put together a decent bulking diet. I currently weigh 175lbs, and maybe 15% bf. I'm 6ft tall. Most of my meals will be eaten at work so I am limited to cooking with a microwave.

Pre-Workout (8:00am):

8oz skim milk
2 scoops ON whey protein
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 banana
spoon of natural PB
1 SAN Tight! pill
4 Creatine (CrE2) pills

Post Workout (9:45am):

8oz skim milk
2 scoops ON whey protein

4 Creatine (CrE2) pills

Meal 1 (11:00am)

6 Egg Whites (not sure how I'm going to cook them)
1 bowl of Oats
2 slices wheat bread
24oz French Vanilla Coffee

Meal 2 (2:00pm)

1/2 pound Tuna Salad
2 silces wheat bread
-------------------------
Meal 3 (5:00pm)
-------------------------
1/2 Turkey Breast (grocery deli)
2 slices swiss cheese
2 slice wheat bread
handful of peanuts
3 Total EFA

Meal 4 (8:00pm)

1/2 pound Tuna Salad
2 silces wheat bread

Meal 5 (11:00pm)

Some type of meat (chicken, steak, etc)
Vegtable

Pasta

**I drink maybe 1.5 gal to 2 gal of water daily**
