5:30am = 1 piece whole wheat with natural peanut butter
8:30 am = 8oz cottage cheese, 8oz oats
11:30am = 8oz lean chopped meat
3 pm = 8oz lean chopped meat
6:30pm = 6oz chicken breast
8:30pm = 45g protien shake, 3 grams carbs

I know theres no enough fats... Were should i put them?

5'7 195 pounds about 14%, i'm looking to cut thats why theres such low calorie intake....
