Everyday before I go home from school. I run 5-10 miles. I need a protien source before I run that is lite. I will be eating this for lunch about 1-2 hours before I run. I was thinkg PB sandwich but it isn't light. Maybe just a protien shake will work. I am not sure.

I just want your opinon.

Protein Powder in Water. To me it's just like drinking water, only slightly thicker with a lot more protein. Maybe a slow digesting carb like a slice of whole wheat bread (or 2) with it just to keep ya going.
