RICE!!! Preferrably brown rice, though. I get near about 870 calories worth of brown rice for every bowl I eat. It's about 25g protein, 200carbs, and 20g fat.

Oats,,, 1 cup has about 300 calories... I usually eat 3 cups a day :)

how about some nuts... ?

small handful of peanuts is 170 calories, has protein and omega oils... Almonds too, but more expensive... EAT UP :)

10 eggs whites is not 500 calories, more about 170.

if i cut out say 3 pieces of chicken, it will lower my prot intake about 110. what can i eat that has so few carbs and still has a lot of prot for less money? the rice has too many carbs. if i could stretch 7 bags of 7 pieces of chicken to 2 weeks instead of 1, that would be great.
