I go to college and live in a dorm where there is no grills, stoves, or allow any cooking devices other than a microwave and the cafeteria is a bodybuilder's worse nightmare. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to eat healthy while in college without the proper cooking devices?

I feel your pain, I went through the same **** until moving off campus. We werent allowed to have a george forman, but i had one anyway. My advice to you is get a forman and just hide it during any dorm inspection. As for the food at the caf, I just ate as healthy as possible with what was in front of me, but at that time I was bulking. What are your goals?

I'm in the same situation. Hide a George Foreman Grill under your bed and use it with your door closed, simple. If you are really paranoid, have a fan blowing out your window so the smell doesn't float into the hall. If you want to go without the grill, become best friends with cans of tuna.

For meals I'll usually eat a can of tuna or a chicken breast and a bowl of oatmeal (made in the microwave) or a bowl of rice (from the cafeteria.) For vegetables and fruits I use the cafeteria. Other than rice, fruit and vegetables, I will rarely eat the food they serve in the cafeteria.

I keep cans of tuna, peanut butter, almonds, oatmeal and whey in my cupboard. In my mini-fridge, I keep skim milk, a gallon of drinking water, fruit, vegetables, frozen chicken breasts, leanest ground beef and pre-mixed whey.

Oh yeah, and it also helps if you have a cool roomate that doesn't mind you perparing your food in the room.
