Next meal: protein bar with a glass of milk or protein shake with milk.
Lunch: Chicen or Tuna(any fish will do) AND Salad. And Glass of milk.
Next meal: Protein bar with a glass of milk or protein shake with milk.
Dinner: Chicken or fish with rice and vegetables. And Glass of milk.
Before bed: Protein shake with milk.

I will get my daily totals and post it in a sec.

should take some caesin protein before you go to bed, digests slower. Should work some Turkey in Place of so much tuna. Tuna contains high level of mercury shouldnt take in to much to often. 4 oz of turky 4 times a week is a healthy amount according to super rx foods. that and should eat more salmon. but its a very solid diet best of luck.

I'm cuttint the apple sauce in the AM. Going with some QUaker oatmeal (Quaker ok, or is getting the sugar free stuff that important?) How many egg whites to add?

What kind of complex carbs to add to lunch?

Brown rice with dinner.

I workout M W F time varies, basically my post workout would be Torrent rather then a regular whey shake.

And I'll sub turkey for tuna sometimes, isn't the mercury content only high if it's canned tuna?

Ow wow, that's alot, but i guess that doesn't hurt for bulking, i only drink low-fat/zero-fat milk with my oats/proteins which makes it more suitable for cutting.

good luck with your diet!

How much chicken or tuna are you eating during meal #3 and 5?

Does this include any pre and post workout shakes or anything?

It would be like one chicken breast, and about a can worth of tunaz (onloy I don't buy it in cans, I buy it in plastic)

And I would sub one of the protein bars with mikl/whey with milk for my post workout torrent with water on days I lift (M, W, and F)

Thanks man...I drink Low fat milk (either 1 or 2% depends on what my mom buys)
