im saying saving myself now because i feel that if i dont do something now ,when my wieght/fat isnt horrible. it can save me a whole lot of trouble down the road..

little backround-

im 16, 5'11'' and 184 lbs...im hovering in the 18-24% bf range

my hopes for now are:

End of Aug- 170-5 and in the range of 14-18 % bf

Mid feb(my bday) to be in the 165 range but be at 8-12% bf

i hope to reach these goals bye those dates but if i do it before ill be happy, even if i do over ill still be happy, as long as i get there...

at first its only going to be cardio/diet, then after a month im going to hit up the gym.

from the research i did in boyscouts guide, i came up with i should have about 2250 calories a day with about 190 grams of protein...idk if this is all right but please fill me in if it isnt

ok my plans are-

breakfast- 460 Calories and 25g of protein

2-3 eggs scrambled- its looking like 120 calories 10g of protein
Bowl of Cereal w/ 2%- 340 calories and about 15 grams of protein

snack- 260 calories and 10 g's of protein

Some oatmeal. maybe 2 packets of instant stuff 260 calories and 10 g of protein.

lunch- 800 calories and 88 g of protein

(x2)tuna on white, no mayo and some lettuce and tomatoes 400 calories and 44 g or protein

Snack- 350 calories and 10 grams of protein

PB on white with bananas

Dinner- 330 calories and 47 g of protein

cod and a salad

total Calories ~2200 and protein- 180...ill calculate fat in a few

today went ok...

this morning- 3 eggs, scrambled, and a bowl of Hunny bunches of oats.

no snack, im in school for finals

lunch i had a bagel with a tiny bit of butter...

snack- a PB sandwich

GER diner, i didnt stay true, my mom already bought me a cheese streak, i sqeezed out alot of the oil and took some cheese off....

hopefully tomorrow i can stay a lil cleaner...I hope my urges dont kick in =[

well after a few days im about the same diet, eggs, yogurts, PB, fruits and fishes and chicken...it looks like im going to start the cardio really soon, so expect me to make more updates on my weight and BF....=]

ok, same things, still no gains or loss, but i am getting better at spreading my meals...i start cardio in a few days...whenever i can fix my sleeping time...damn i hate going to bed at 6 and waking up at 1, cant do cardio due to weather during the day

thanks, well bad news, i been sick and i cant eat that much(just comes back up)

thank god im not sick anymore,and the first thing im going to do is get onto a better sleep scedual (right now 3-4 to noon, looking for 12 to 8)

ok well work has taken over my life, like 9-6 each day (im only 16)...but next week i should be set with the amount i work(im trying to catch up for when i was sick)..but i been trying to watch what i been eating, aint the best but i do see that i crave better foods now(like i find most fast food disgusting, and chocolates and what nots)...

no real news, still eating healthy but havnt hit the gym...I been working full time till i could afford a car, and i bought it last week...so i have money to go to the gym, i just need to find one near me...
