So I usually have my PWO shake about 10 minutes after leaving the gym... it consist of about 2-3 cup of lquid. All this liquid gets me pretty full. So is it ok to wait 90minutes to 2hrs after PWO to get in my PPWO. Or could waiting this long effect my gains?

Anyone else deal with this problem before?

If the shake contains Whey, whey is known to bloat some people. Sometimes I feel bloated after having my PWO shake, which is usually 5-10 mins after my workout. An hour after that I down a full blown 2:1 Carb:Pro meal regardless of feeling bloated or not. To be honest Iw as also wondering the same thing but Alan's article says 60-90 mins, so I'd try to keep a meal within that time frame. Maybe lessen the shake a little?

I'll prolly just have to suck it up and down another meal an hour later....maybe. If not 90minutes will have to do.

And yah the shake has about 30g of whey.
