Good before nothing I describe myself a little I am a boy of 26 years at this moment weight 248 pounds and measure 6'0, and i am from Argentina (So sorry if i make a lot of mistakes with my english)
It costs me too much to lose weight, so because of that I must make an strict diet , so i am gonna make it with few foods and try to stick with it at least 3 months.
9 AM: a milkshake of 1 White, 1 whole egg, 1 banana, 1 cup of proteina, half glass of skim milk
1 PM: a tin of tuna with 1 tomato
4 PM: Just as food 1
9PM: 200 grs of chicken , with 2 cups of brocoli, 2 whites and 1 whole egg

My training is gonna consist of lift as heavy as possible making 4 exercices per muscle doing 10-8-6-4 reps.
My aerobic training will consist on 45 minutes after the weight training (4 times per week) ,and i am gonna try to put 3 more in the morning with an empty stomach.
My goal is to reach 200 lbs on September 15th
All suggestion are welcome and accepted
