View Full Version : Post-Workout shake - dif. amt. dif. day

My Post-Workout shake consists of about 45 grams carbs, 40 grams protein. My question is should I change the amount of carbs/protein I consume depending on the day. i.e. Legs day have a 50c/45p shake, and like 40c/30p shake on shoulders day since I won't be taxing as large of a mucsle group or should I have the same shake everyday?

Just keep it the same every day!
