wat do u thing of my bulking

MEAL 1
.75 C. Oats
1 Scoop Whey
1/8 C. Rasins
1 samll apple
.5 ounce peanut


MEAL 2
1.5 favabeans
1 slice ww bread
2 whole eggs
4 egg white
.5 tbs flaxoil
2 small cucmber

MEAL 3
.25 C. brown rice (RAW)
1 c green beans
4 ounce chicken breast
.5 tbs flax oil
.5 ounces peanut

MEAL 4
7 ounces potatos (RAW)
can of tuna
1 cup okra
.5 tbsb evoo

MEAL 5
2 slice ww bread
4 ounce ff flank
1.5 c zucchini
.5 ounces peanut

meal 6
7 ounce 2% cottage
6.5 ounce low f YOGURT
7 ounce chopped tomatos
.5 tbs evoo



so my totals are

i do 4 days weight lifting
2 days cardio1 of them is HIIT
1 day REST

depends how much you weigh if its around 150 punds it looks ok.

Raw potato am i reading that right?

yes its 7 ounces raw but i eat it after baking or boiling same for is brown rice coz it would b hard to weight after cooking them and i'm 140 pounds and try to bulk up ?
