3300 calories per 6 meals


40 % carbs 1320/330 / per 6 meals = 55g


30% protien 990/248 /per 6 meals = 41g


30% fat 990/110 /per 6 meals = 18.5g


550.5 calories per meal

i weigh at 130lb so is that much protien to much?

Are you a hardgainer? or endurance athlete? I don't see why you would need 3300 cals per day unless you are either an ecto or you burn a lot of calories during the day. I'm 5'7.5, at 165lbs. My maintenance calorie is about 2200-2500. Are you trying to bulk or cut? If you're bulking then more carbs are beneficial, the ratio you listed is good. If you want to cut then you might want less carbs and more protein/fats. Oh yea, and drink 1-1.5 gallons of water a day.
