What time do you wake up every morning before starting your day? I'm trying to get into the habit of waking up between 6-7 am so i can go for a 30 minute run or walk every morning, plus i figure that the longer the body is up during the day, the more fat you should be able to burn. I have a bad habit of staying up late, and can sometimes wake up at 2 or 3 pm....hehe, not the best way to burn fat and continue building muscle. How bad is it if you wake up this late repeatedly, and what time do you normally get up?

doesn't matter. as long as you get your sleep, wake up time does not affect anything...

As long as your getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night (or day in your case) then it doesn't really matter like vipergq said. Search the forums or the main site on sleeping articles. They are interesting to read.

Personally, I try to get 8 hours a night. I try to go to sleep at 11pm and I wake up at 7am.

I hope you're not going for a 30 minute walk on an empty stomach.
