...bad? I love spicey food and I was just wondering if it does. I don't see how it can, but maybe someone knows something I don't.

pain from spicy foods releases endorphins, natural's pain killers. don't ask me about the bio-chemistry because i don't know. but supposedly, that's the main reason why people who love spicy food love so much.

me? it makes me break out. i love spicy food and i can't eat it.

besides, the capsicum is good for you, chilis contain anti-oxidants. if you can stand them, eat em.

If you can tolerate it, it isn't harmful. Some people's acid reflux is exacerbated by spicy foods, so if you have reflux, you should stay away. Otherwise, go crazy.

I myself love a good burn. My hotness scale begins where most other people's peaks...

Good info. Spicey foods are a great metabolic kick in the ass.

perfect! Thanks guys, I love making spicey food! woooohoooooo

I love tabasco on my eggs. I have some habernero sauce thats good too.

tabasco has to much vinigar for my taste. I prefer tapatio as my primary hot sauce, water based instead of vinegar based. I hardly use sauces, I prefer spices when making food instead of adding a sauce after it's all done.
