when in need of calorie-dense food, turn to eggs & cheese (sounds like you're keeping it low-carb). what a good pre-bed snack ;)

I've never gotten tired of the following:

Diced chicken breast
Fresh salsa
Habenero hot sauce
Grated fat free or low fat jalapeno jack cheese (optional)

Nuke the breast for 30 seconds, then throw in the salsa and cheese and nuke until everythings ready. Then pour the hot sauce on top it all. Mmmmm.

just make a shake

milk, whey, PB, oats

can get up to 500 cals real quick
