Ok. So i want to lose a good amount of soft fat on my body. I weigh around 210 pounds now and i wish to get to 190 or lower.

I really have no idea what i should start with and protein bars and drinks and whatever is kind of not possible for me to get much of. I live with my dad atm and he pretty much only buys what HE wants to eat. Which mostly consists of various fruits, veggies, chicken, ham, fish, potatoes, rice, meatballs? whatever.

Any help would be appreciated.

you need to express to your dad what your are trying to accomplish so that he knows. Just make sure to be choosy on what you eat alot of. Stock up on the vegetables and watch the amount of carbs your consuming.
