where do you play, how is the team?

I play for the long island power house William Floyd

we are polled as the number 1 team in New York by the new york sports writers association, we are tied with natioanlly st anthony's high school in that posistion as votes were split 50%-50%

we are 22-0 the past 2 seasons and 32-1 in the past 3, only losing in the long island championship

We also havent lost a home game since 2000

this year we are in contention to be the first team to threepeat on long island ever and to go 33-0

If we go 33-0 we will be in contention to break the NYS record for consecutive wins, somewhere in the mid 30's, which will be my junior season where if i grow 2-3 inches i will deffenitly find playing time, as a graduating senior this year started as a junior on the o-line at 5'8 240 and comparisions between me and him are very common

We also will be ranked nationally this year if we start off 5-0

I played at grissom...its in alabama. Played against "The Hoover" twice....lost twice ofcourse. We had a pretty good year my freshman year 9-3. Fell off after that with a few mediocre seasons. Played Hoover my junior year in the opening round of the state playoffs. I had to quit my senior year due to a stream of injuries that plague me to this day.

i know, if anyone wants, do a little research on Floyd, on high school sport forums very few people have the guts to say Floyd wont beat there sons team in a game

we also have two current D1 players (Blair Bines, Rutgers, kid who destroyed the kickreturner in the howard game, And James Parker (D1AA) as well as a player who turned down 5 or so written d1 offers to play lax at johns hopkins)

as you would think they would win?

Bet against floyd as much as you want,

They were the under dog vs baldwin in 05 and the under dog in 06 vs EM

The amount of hard work floyd puts in will never be surpassed by another Long Island Program, Floyd is here to dominate for a while
