View Full Version : what time do you guys wake up?

This is relevant to nutrition i promise..cuz;

I'm a lazy bastard, and wakes up around 12-1 noon. and have my 'breakfast' or 'brunch' as soon as i wake up, and try to eat 5-6 meals in between bedtime which is normally around 2am (surfing bb.com) :D ..

anyone?

I have unusual hours since I work at home. Generally I'm up between 11am-1pm and hit the hay around 5-7am.

I work from home also but thats only for the past two months. The first 5 months of this year I woke up at 5 am every morning to do cardio, eat a good solid breakfast and go to work. Getting my six meals in wasn't a problem at all. I was even able to split it up into 10 - 12.

I'm trying to get back to a normal schedule now though considering that I can't get to my gym until 6 but ... do I have to go to a gym when the treadmill is only a block away? Can't I just wake up at 8 and be available between 9 and 5??

I go to bed between 11 pm to 1 am. My biorhythms just haven't gotten out of the early morning yet.

Up at 5:30am for work. I try to get to bed by 8pm, but often can't sleep until 9-10pm-ish, unless I've had a really monster cardio day -- then I drop right off. :D

When school starts again in September

Wake up 530am, In bed by 930pm and read till 10pm

My gym opens at 6, I wish it opened around 4 so I could lift before I drive to school. During summer now I wake up at 6:30 if I have to work and 11 AM if I don't, and usually go to bed either 10 PM or 2 AM, depending on the nights activities. :D

1 scoop ON whey (i have all flavors, my fav is chocolate)
1 tablespoon flax (depending on the day, sometimes instead ill have some solid food like cottage cheese or PB)
1 Caffiene pill (about 200mg)

Post:
5g Creatine
1 scoop ON whey
15g dex (if weightlifting), 1 tablespoon flax (if cardio)

then i have my first meal either at work or right before i leave my house. I dont drink much water till im at work, i dont wanna pee on the way over. I'm on a Keto diet, so carbs are restricted.

Since I started my "new" Workout routine - Weights AM /Cardio PM

Pre: 60min before
1 cup All Bran Cereal, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1.5 scoop ProComplex APS Whey, 1 cup carbControl Milk, Blueberries or Strawberries & 1 scoop of Swole V2

PWO Shake:
1.5 scoop ProComplex APS whey, 1 scoop GlycoLoad, 1 cup CarbControl Milk, Blueberries or Strawberries

I also like to follow up my PM cardio with a nice Bowl of cottage cheese & whey

5:15am, breakfast at 6, work at 7. This rotation is awful, only one more week.
