Does anyone have any idea what the "size of fat is"? IE One pound of fat = 3 cubic inches or something. Tried hitting google, but no luck on this one, too many hits about body fat percentages.

Thanks,
Scot

Hah now there is a good physical representation! I've always been curious about how much of a difference gaining or losing 5lbs is, and now I know!

HOLY CRAP. There is no way I am carrying around even close to 16lbs of that (which would be about 10% for me).

remember that fat is spread all over your body not just around our guys where we see most of it.

HOLY ****! That's a great representation, thanks for the photos. Anyone know how accurate that is? To think I was carrying around almost 100 extra. Wow that puts a new perspective on it. I mean I've picked up a 100lb dumbell before to feel it but WOW, the pure mass of that is crazy.
