Right now I am about 245 pounds and am working hard to get stronger for football, the problem is that I need to increase my speed and am doing a speed training program but need to get leaner. So I need to get stronger while losing fat and so was wondering what kind of diet is the best for me to do so.

Right now I eat 8 meals a day with about 3500 calories and 350 grams of protein a day. So any help would be greatly appreciated. If anyone could even make a good meal plan for me to follow to lose the fat while gaining the strength I would be extremely grateful
