I just wanted to see if you diet pros could put in your 2 cents.

I want to know if my diet is pretty good.

Breakfast was a dozen eggs w/brown rice & big glass o' skim milk
Snack 1 chicken breast w/ brown rice
Lunch 1.5 chicken breast w/ brown rice & handful of green grapes
then pre-wo shake 24g whey protein Glycergrow 3g creatine
Post-wo shake 50g whey 4 tbsp sugar 10g creatine
Post-wo snack 1 chicken breast w/brown rice again
Post-wo meal 10oz steak and brown rice again
Later tonight I'm thinking about eating 2 cans of tuna w/2 tbsp lite miracle whip and 8 crackers.

The only thing I see wrong with it is a lack of veggies......what do you guys think? any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's one hell of a breakfast!

Looks pretty good, but like you said, I'd get in some more veggies. Try other sources of carbs too, it seems like you really get a lot of brown rice in a day.
