I have heard some people say that on a keto diet you should take about 30g of carbs post workout. First question... is this correct? Second....just post lifting? or cardio too? And third would taking this as a sugar type juice with my createine in it be a good way to do this? Thanks

30g whey, 30g carbs post weights. I use juice.

Post cardio if seperate(like me) 20g whey, 15g carbs, 10g glutamine.
