Currently I use Cytogainer as my post-workout shake. It has about 54g protein and 84g of carbs. One shake is like 520 something calories.

I'm looking for another good protein shake that has a decent amount of protein/carbs but is not as high in calories. A friend suggested Cytomax. Any suggestions? Has anyone used Cytomax? Did you like or dislike it?

Thanks!

I guess I should add that he suggested adding protein to the Cytomax since it is basically only carbs.

You're better off using whey protein and dextrose/maltodextrin/oats in water

Avoid milk and oats in PWO shake. They are slow absorbing.

Whey and dextrose is the best shake.
