Not playing any sports as of now. I might try to walk on for football in the fall, but I play a lot of rec basketball. Please critique my workout. Anything I should substitute or anything? thanks.

Lower Body/Abs---
ATG Squats 3x6
Hack Squat Machine 3x6
Leg Curls 3x6
Calf Raises 3xfailure
Cable Crunches 3x15
Hangin Leg raises 3x10

Back/Biceps---
BB shrugs 3x6
DB shrugs 3x6
BB upright rows 3x6
Lat Pulldowns 3x6
Close grip chin ups 3x6
Cable Curls 3x6
hammer curls 3x6

Chest/Triceps---
Flat Bench 2x6
decline 2x6
inclince 2x6
skullcrushers 3x6
tricep pulldowns 3x6
body-weight dips 3x10

Shoulders/Lower Body (Light)---
{tri set} rear delt raise/front delt raise/lateral delt raise 3x6 each
Bradford/Rocky Presses 2x6
DB marine press 2x6
ATG squats 3x6
Calf raises 3 x failure

Try making it a upper/lower split. Read this:

It'll workout better for you. It's something similar but you don't have the best exercise selection. The link above will help you with that.
