I have been working out for a year, and want to bulk up. Sp far I haven't gained any weight, just really toned up. I thought I had been eating enough until I wrote it down on paper. What an eye-opener!!! Anyway, currently I'm 6' tall, 177 lbs., and about 12% body fat, and lift low reps as heavy as I can 4 days per week.

I have calculated I need the following diet to bulk up:

Calories: 3645
Protein: 200 g.
Fat: 50 g.
Carbs: 250 g.

This this sound right to you? I have been doing this for a few days now and I feel like I'm eating all the time. It works out to 5-6 meals per day. One thing I notice is I'm eating whole grains, egg whites, 1% milk with protein shakes, grilled chicken, turkey and ham sandwiches but I'm hitting my fat quota before I hit dinner.

Can someone let me know if I'm on the right track?

Use skim milk and drop the ham for something lean (chicken/turkey/tuna/beef).
