I did a search but didn't find any answers. What do I want to intake as far as carb/protein after my cardio? Do I follow the general rule with weight training and 30-40g of protein along with some dextrose? or is there a different way to go about it?

I'm sure some more bros can give you more direct input. Chi_town?

yeah I wouldn't mind getting a little more info on post-cardio nutrition, most posts seem to concentrate on after a lifting session.

I do light - moderate cardio for 40 mins (65% - 75% HR) and wonder whether a normal carb/protein/glutamine drink is necessary and if it effects further fat burning, should I do a "bill phillips" and wait an hour after.

So many questions................................
