Yerba Mate

Snack
Protein Bar or odwalla bar 290 calories 23g protein

Pre Workout
Green Buldge/White blood stack

Post Workout
Protein Shake with milk 270 calories 3g fat 34g protein

Lunch
Salad w/ turkey or chicken 200 calories 30g protein

Snack
Brown Rice 150 calories 1g fat 3g protein
Glass of Milk 150 calories 3g fat 10g protein

Dinner
Chicken or ground turkey 200 calories 30g protein
Whole Wheat noodles 200 calories 9g protein
Organic pasta sauce
Side Salad

Before Bed

Weight: 200 lbs
bf%: 15-20%
Cardio: 4 times a week
Over a gallon on water a day

Any input on this would be great. I think if i could make it down to around 180 while maintaining muscle mass i would look good.
