I usually eat two cups of oatmeal for breakfast but that doesn't fill me up, what else should I eat for breakfast on top of that?

Hmm, Not a big egg fan at all, I used to eat raw eggs cause I can't stand them cooked.
Should I put the eggwhites in there raw?

Why not

whey protein
2 cups of oatmeal
DIY tuna sandwich
10 ounces of low-fat milk?

Or 3-4 cups of oatmeal if the sandwich is too much hassle.

Oh yea, or an apple!

the sandwich is way too much hassle (cant eat fish) :D
Apples are mostly sugar right? Isn't sugar bad?
Ahh, to support my theory of bad sugar is ND >:/

The natural sugar found in fruits is NOT the same as added processed sugar found in things like candy bars. Further more, apples have a very low GI (so they won't spike your blood sugar like processed sugars will). Eat fruit.
