Hey, I'm completely new to the forum, and I just started lifting. I'm 18 and 140lbs.

I'm a little overwhelmed by the number of articles out there, so I'm looking for some direction to help put together a diet. I do plan to use supplements and meal replacements, because I find it difficult to have a number of small meals throughout the day.

So far, I'm looking to use a Multivitamin, Protein Powder/Shake, Meal Replacement Shakes, Creatine, L-Arginine, L-Glutamine, ZMA, possibly some HGH releasers? Maybe some sort of Carb drink?

There seem to be some supplements and powders out there that integrate some of the amino acids and such with the proteins, can anyone comment on something thats effective?

Also, what should I take pre workout and what should I take post workout?

My current regular diet consists something along the lines of Cereal in the morning, light lunch usually a sandwich, and then some fish/steak/chicken + brown rice at night. I don't really do anything out of the ordinary in terms of pre and post workout. How should I change this around?
