Why are you trying to keep fat as low as possible??? EFA's are very important, and you NEED them. You need more veggies, add some flax oil or fish oil, and start to learn how to count protein carbs fat overall calories. and bro IMO you should try to get better carb souces ex: brown rice, oats.
if you dont count your calories, how will you know how much you need to add if your not gaining?.
hope this helps man!

Oat bran sprinkles and Oats are totally two different things. you count your calories from everything you eat, just look at the nutritional information on it. but be aware that when your reading it it doesnt mean the whole thing, its usually per serving, so look at how much the serving size is, and how much you use,
for example if the serving size says per ˝cup, and your using 1cup then of course you have to double it.
