Sup everyone...can't drink shakes or anything like that postworkout so I gotta eat whole food...I've just gotten back into the swing of things, and I'm eating 5-6 meals a day...what would be the best choice for me to eat postworkout everytime? thanks for the replies. I know I obviously have to have my protein and carbs, just don't know what the best choices would be. Thanks again.

Long-grain white rice is the highest GI whole food that I can think of off-hand, and of course, skinless chicken breast would be the whole food protein source of choice.
