Those who need that little bit extra motivation.Join up. I was in the last contest by new2lifting and the ones who stayed to the finish did a fantastic job.

I'd love to join in on this one. I'm not going to be able to do photos and measurements on the 1st, but I did them yesterday (May 29th), so hopefully I can just use those as my starting stats.

No problem. It's a loose contest. More of a motivational tool where we can all check in with our stats and help each other. Kind of a mass log. At the end, we can nominate a "winner". Hopefully most of us will have won.

I was in the Unoffiial Biggest loser Contest in the Losing Fat Forum, but all I did was start to gain weight..lol I could use a new contest to get motivated and really do some damage.

You've heard it over and over again from the alcoholics that take it one day at a time. It is not rocket science. Eat well today and exercise. Eat well tomorrow and exercise. If you screw up a meal, so what. If you miss exercising, so what. We all do it, but if you eat right 90-95% of the time and you exercise 90-95% of the time, you will change your life. Once you start losing and gaining confidence, you won't feel right when you miss exercising or you eat badly. You'll move up to eating right and exercising 95-100% of the time. Right now, you don't feel right when you do eat right and you do exercise. That will change. Give it a try for six months and you will change your life. Look at the alternative......You can eat like **** and not exercise for 6 months......and you'll be 10 or 20 pounds higher.......and you'll feel like ****...........Think about it. It's your choice.

Ill lose the weight. I just gotta take my time, like you said, one day at a time. I hope to have a lost 100 pounds by 1/1/08, I will do it. I have no choice.

I've only got 6-10 pounds more to lose, but count me in! lol.
