I like the plan but man you got to stick to a plan for at least 4 weeks before deciding if it works or not.

lol i kno man, i got like hypocondriac problems or somethin, i never think anythigns good enough. Ill stick to this one and check it out. Thanks Guys

Man, you're changing your programs more then people change underwear. Anyways, you should add different rep schemes for each day so you don't end up doing the same day in and day out. Have fun with it and try out some set/rep schemes. If you want to know, for maximal strength and hypertrophy, Chad Waterbury believes that a rep/set volume of 24-36 is where it's at. So things like 10 x 3, 8 x 4, 8 x 3, etc will help you gain mass while gaining maximal strength.

yea but if you see the school routine..it is not my choice, i dont like it neway, and i took the advice given to throw in power and explosive lifts.
