cottage cheese + tuna = really nice
also i like some paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, chives, basil (most of the herbs anyway)
also garlic mixes well with tuna, if you like the taste of garlic better than tuna, it should overpower it :)

I like to mix a can of rotel diced tomatoes and peppers (drain liquid off first) with two or three cans of tuna. It is really good heated up in a tortilla. It will make five or six burritos.

Going to try the salsa thing!

I do a little bit of bbq sauce in mine.
I also have done Taco Bell Fire Sauce. I've found that one of the characteristics of Tuna, is that any addition you make can transform it into something else.

BBQ makes it taste like Pork BBQ to me.
Fire Sauce makes it taste like a Tuna Taco.

yum!

I make tuna like this, I realize it will not appeal to everyone, but I like it.

1 can/pouch of tuna
1/2 can of sweet peas
1/4 cup of Fat free shredded cheese
1 Tb of low carb BBQ sauce

All mixed up in a bowl, eat it with a spoon.

Can you get fat free cheese in the US? I have only found very low fat cheeses in the UK... cannot seem to find anything fat free. Also low carb BBQ sauce... the best I found has 8.5g of carbs per 100 of which 7.7 is sugars. This is by far the best... most are aboub 28 - 30g per 100g.

I get Fat free cheese here in the US. Carb solutions (made by Lawry's) has an incredibly good BBQ sauce that has 5 calories per tablespoon. Again I am in the US so it may differ for you in the UK.

You can get fat free cheese here, Kraft makes a Fat free Mozz and Fat Free cheddar that is in normal supermarkets. I have been eating them up, but sadly they kind of lack any distinguishable flavor, I have been debating going to low fat cheese since I really don't eat it that much.

Walden Farms

that web adress is on the side of the bottle, and it says that they have other calorie free stuff too. i havent had time to actually go to the site

anyway the sauce tastes alright but is kinda pink when you put it on chicken

I tried that salsa tip and man was that great, I couldn't even taste the tuna. Big ups to the salsa crew for pointing that out! My next test will be the BBQ, that sounds quite good as well.

If you start eating jack mackerel and then go back to tuna, the tuna will start tasting a lot better.

Lately when I'm in a hurry I have it like this:

Open can
Pour in Buffalo Wing sauce
Stir
Eat & Enjoy!
