Iam 6'2 1/2 weight 176 --> 2186 calories during a typical day to maintain your current weight. is that correct? seems low..

thats your basal metabolic rate...meaning all the cals you burn just by living a sedentary life. when you include activities such as weights, cardio, sports, or if you lead a busy lifestyle your calories increase even more. so your maintainence cals actually are probably anywhere between 500-1000 more.

Definitely true, for me at 5"9' and 185lbs. I found I need about 3300-3400 calories just to maintain my weight.

What if i want to get bigger and put on lean muscle and now fat how much more would my would i have to take in.

When I'm bulking I usually shoot for at least 20 calories per pound of bodyweight. I found this works for most hardgainers I've spoken to. By following this I am still able to keep my bodyfat low by following a 40/30/30 diet.
