If I start taking creatine will this really make a change in my muscle gain or does it really matter?

Creatine will definitely help you build muscle.

Hey,

I always refer to this url when I want to brush up on my creatine.

http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/creatine%20myths%20and_facts.htm

I believe creatine is definitely helpful when used properly. Although there is a percentage of people who are non responders.

Thunderbunny,
I read the article. I think I'll give creatine a try, too! I had been hesitant due to the bloating factor...
Thanks for the good info!

I had some bloating when I initially started creatine, but I eventually adjusted. Just keep yourself hydrated. :)
