I hear so many answers to protien intake. I hear 1g, 1.5g, 2g.Any personal experiences that worked the best.(for building mass and toning)

First of all I didn't mean to when I finished writing my question I jumped forums and didn't think it posted, So please I don't know who the hell you seem to think you are.

It really depends on the individuals. Some say 1g, others 1.5. Me, personally, I need to take in about 1.75x my body weight. You won't know 'til you try.

i wouldn't recommend two, unless your using steroids. Protein synthesis is usually optimum at between 1.2 and 1.5, if you are in a building phase, i'd go with the latter, but there is such a thing as too much protein, so see for yourself where your medium is. don't forget to drink enough water, a good constant to go with is .66 x's you bodyweight, keep liver toxicity down.
