In your opinin, how important is flexibility for football? How would you rate your flexibility levels? Do you work on just static stretches? Dynamic stretches? Both? How often do you stretch? And finally, anyone know a good upper body stretching routine?

I just do basic stretches before drills, workouts, and after drills and workouts

Flexibility is important in all sports no matter what-but be sure you do a sports specific stretch

since doing ankle Flexability exercises I have noticed I am much stronger and faster in sprinting

Just make sure you do stretches. It will help and I know it's helped me. Since I've been lifting I can run faster, but my acceleration is slower. I would stretch before any phsyical activity.

I used to not be flexible my freshman and soph year but in my Junior year, it has gone up alot. I went from like a 350 parallel squat to 460-480 deep squat.

It's great to be flexible. Stretching is important for any physical activity. I'm also considering trying a supplement to aid me in being more flexible. I came across Mr.Yoga one, check it out on Amazon. Cheers!
