View Full Version : FOT's quest to be fit by september

So let me start by giving you some backup info
-14 years old
-5 foot 8 inches
-currently 163lbs (keep in mind ive been cutting for two weeks, when i started i was at 170lbs

As i mentioned above i am already two weeks into my cut (hey better late than never) and already seeing results.

ive been running every day for 35 min., and following the lifting program on this link : http://www.jimmythomas.com/training/members/jimmythomas/jt5day.htm

I am currently taking whey protein mix, multivitamin, fish oil

As for the diet i have basicaly just cutt the junk food and upped the protein

ill be sure to post my progress as the weeks pass, if u have any advice let me know.

Well its week 3 now and i am starting to feel liter and healthier

today was the official 3 week mark and i feel great. so far on program i have lost 10 lbs and it is starting to show.

also today was my first swim practice for swim team. so to put that in perspectave, that means i will be swimming for and hour, lifting for half an hour, and running for 35 mins, and on top of it all i am eating healthier than ever.

ps : i just started a fitday.com account and that has to be the koolest site ever

today is the four week annerversery and i can really see some difference.

starting weight - 172 lbs
current weight - 156 lbs

Alright this past week was spent in Panama on vacation but the amazing thing was i didnt gain a pound, its amazing

Swim team is over and im back to my old routine of 35 min jogs and lifting. Ive got two weeks left of summer so im going to keep with my current rountine untill then. The first week of school im going to just relax and get back into routine and then i will pick back up in 4 weeks.
