Hi all,

Maintenance calories: 2000-2500
Fat loss calories: 1500-2000


I train 3 times a week, try to maintain lean bodyweight and cut little ab fat.

Workout days: 2000 kcal 40 % carbs 30 % protein 30 % fat

Breakfast: 500 kcal 50 g carbs 40 g protein 20 g fat 30 g fiber

- scrambled eggs (1 whole, 5 whites)
- 80 g fiber cereals (spelt bran wheat bran, berries)
- 30 g organic almond powder
- 50 ml organic almond milk

Meal 2: 400 kcal 30 g carbs 30 g protein 10 g fat

- 200 g vegetables
- extra virgin olive oil
- 150 g lean beef
- 100 g berries

Post workout shake: 300 kcal 40 g carbs 25 g protein

- 1 scoop whey protein isolate
- 20 cl grape juice

Meal 3: 400 kcal 40 g carbs 30 g protein

- 100 g whole grain bread
- 150 g chicken breast
- salad
- tomatoe

Meal 4: 300 kcal 30 g protein 20 g fat

- 150 g salmon
- salad
- extra virgin olive oil
- extra virgin colza oil
- vinegar



Non workout days: 1600 kcal 30 % carbs 40 % protein 30 % fat

** vegetables are as varied as possible

i thing 1600 calorie in non work out days a bit TOO low

looks pretty solid except you need to get some more protein in during the day and maybe cut back on some of the carbs to macro it in. I have never heard of almond milk before though.
